Acme continues its commitment to Make-a-Wish Foundation.  Employees Raise $13,672, a new record. Acme Machine and Welding was built on the bedrock principles of quality, passion, and commitment. While 2020 was a globally challenging year, Acme’s commitment to its community was stronger than ever.  This marks the 26th consecutive year that Acme employees have raised money for Make-a-Wish Foundation which helps grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.  Acme and its employees have contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars since making the commitment to help this organization and the children that they serve!

Employees Raise $9,628 for Make-a-Wish Foundation

Acme Machine and Welding takes pride in its ability to help our customers find that obsolete part or make that tough repair. We also embrace our role as a proud member of the community.

This year marked the 23rd consecutive year Acme employees have raised money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the nation’s largest wish-granting organization. This year’s total of $9,628 raised by Acme employees helped grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Acme and its employees have contributed well over $100,000 over the past decade to help this organization and the children that they serve!

Acme Adds New CNC Machines

Acme Invests in 2 Large CNC Lathes

Acme is committed to meeting the present and future needs of our customers by continuously investing in technology and assets.  We have aggressively invested in many new CNC machine tools over the years.  Most recently Acme added 2 new large CNC shaft lathes with capabilities of turning pieces 38.5” in diameter and 314” in length.  Both machines have the ability to be programmed by GibbsCAM and the larger machine is equipped with live tooling.  Installation and training have been completed and machine time is currently being booked.
